Sparty NCAA Football 09 Wii CoverEA Sports held a voting competition to see which college mascot would be on the NCAA Football 09 Wii cover and SPARTY WON!

Spartan football has been hurting a bit the past couple years (7-6 record last year), but this just goes to show how dominant of a mascot Sparty really is. Sparty narrowly beat out UCF Knightro at the end to win the cover position.
